• Independent national testing laboratory tests and establish 1650 lbs. minimum as an ultimate pull out load for cinch clamps.

ENGINEERING AND TEST DATA

CINCH CLAMPS meet or exceed all standard tests required for Pipe Clamps used with Strut type channel.

• Pull Out and Slip Tests were made in accordance with Section 6, Para 6.3, ASI Specifications and MfMA-1, 1984, for cold formed steel structural members.

• Hot Dipped galvanized CINCH CLAMPS are made from 'Pre-Hot Dipped' galvanized wire.  Coating in conformation with ASTM specifications A 641082 Class I.

• Salt Water Spray tests have been conducted on Pre-Hot Dipped galvanized CINCH CLAMPS.  After 100 hours it was determined, by testing laboratory, they met all Salt Spray requirements or ASTM B-117-76 test methods.

• All Stainless Steel CINCH CLAMPS are produced from type 304 Stainless Steel wire conforming to ASTM Specifications A 276.

• Pull Out Tests have been conducted on Stainless Steel CINCH CLAMPS at -40°F.  These tests confirmed that CINCH CLAMPS exceed all MFMA standards and ASTM requirements under these conditions.
